Tamil Nadu Open University — Online Payment Amount Debited From my Ac no.[protected] not credit to Student Fees Registration no.[protected]

I have done an online payment transaction for Rs.2220/-Using my net banking on 21.05.2021 for credit to the beneficiary account of Tamilnadu open university. The purpose of the transaction was to make payment into my Exam fees .
The Amount was debited to my bank account on the same date.However, I have now been informed that the same has not been credited to the acoount of the beneficiary.
The transaction ID for payment is [protected]-Rs.2220/- Transfer to [protected]
Kindly investigate and arrange to ensure prompt refund of the amount to my account.
