Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [TNPSC] — change of general subject in the group exam

Day before yesterday i have applied for the tnpsc group exam but accidently they have registered the syllabus as general tamil instead of general english and they had applied also, i have contacted the tnpsc customer care but they did not respond please take this into the response, because the applying date is closing please make the arrangements as soon as possible please

I have registered for the Assistant section officer post on 03.12.2019 and I mistakenly paid the amount twice for the exam. So please tell me whether I will be refunded or not.
