Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [TNPSC] — I'm complaining about tnpsc group 4, 2019

I had applied for tnpsc group4 2019 exam and paid fees through online in14/07/2019.
But i didn't get any notification regarding download of hallticket/admitcard to my mobile text message or my email.
So i'm unable to attend the exam.
It's because o[censored]r irresponsibility
It's a big loss for me.
I'm highly disappointed.

Answer me.
Refund my exam fees
