Good evening sir, I paid exam fees (09.12.2021) at 10.45 Pm for the departmental exam in the Social welfare department for my mother. Amount debited from my bank account. The application can't take a printout for the reason said application fees were not paid. Could you please help me get the application?

I have applied for group a week before ...I paid my exam fees twice in 48 hrs gap in between two payments..Money is also debited.
But still it's showing not paid and make payment...Money is also not refunded..
Application ID is not yet generated...
23rd is the last date..kindly check and solve this as soon as possible..
