I paid amount for tnpsc one time registration rs.150, amount was debited but the website shows error, after that i have paid other time where i got successful transaction but still now my first transaction amount is not yet refund. So i want to refund my amount, please kindly help me.

My one time registration. Id is 11vishali created by 02/07/2019. Payment dected by our bank account. But not working my OTR and then go to next step. Its not show for exam applying options.
