On 13/04/2024, I tried to book 2 tickets from Tirunelveli to Chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.1300 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference Number: OB[protected] Please resolve this complaint and p the amount as soon as possible.
