Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Journey duration

I have boarded bus from madurai to erode. It's almost 200 kms and duration is 4 hrs. I got bus in madurai at 5 clock and still in bus i am not reached my destination. I have enquired about the duration to the conductor he said he will reach erode by 11 am. For covering 200 kms they are saying they need 6 hrs. Kindly do some favour for the travelers
