Respected sir /madam I P.Rubina booked a ticket from madurai to ooty on 19/3/24 for traveling date 23/3/24. In that online ticket timing was 7.40am but the bus started at 7.20am itself.pls change the timing in online booking.because of wrong timings we were in a situation to chase the bus.we were in a loss of Rs.110 for toll amount and minimum approx 300 for diesel who will refund that amount?hereby i am attaching the invoice of the ticket and sms recieved for toll amount.kindly take necessary action against this complaint.
