Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sugan. I booked tickets on 14/12/2015 for 14/01/2016 travel (From Chennai to Pudukkottai). But due to some personal issue I decided to cancel my ticket before 20days itself. But when i logged in SETC portal, My ticket is not available in Booking history and there is no option showing about cancellation. I tried several times. But i am not able to cancel below ticket. I request you to cancel tickets and help me to get refund. The tickets fare is Rs301. I expect you to take this matter as serious and do the same. Here the Bus Ticket details: Chennai to Pudukkottai. I cannot able to cancel my ticket
