It seems like people working there are of no experience, even though senior managers... Very poor services.. If we apply for credit card then they will take more than 4 months to issue it.. And also when i've got the card after 4 months i've generated pin and when used during shopping, it showed as 'invalid card'.. Don't know what these people are doing... But whenever we go to bank, they will expose them as that they were very busy.. Like they are operating hsbc bank.. They'll not give response to our questions.. Recently 2 of my relatives have closed the account and shift the account to other psu banks because of their poor frustrating service... Was this information helpful? |
