We purchased dining chairs in November 2018. In less than two months we came to know we were given a product with bad quality, bolts coming off and a crack proving it didn't go through proper quality inspection. For a showroom that has brand value and lures customers with offers and polite manners until the sale is through, after sales service is pathetic and very disappointing. We have been trying to get a replacement done or a refund but the employees are not responding to us properly. After much struggle we just heard they would replace it for a fee and when we raised our concern that it's less than two months and we have been a sold a product compromising quality we have been shut off. The employees are not taking our calls. This is preposterous. Bill No : PR 1819/1229903. We need justice. If even on an average 1 in 10 customers were to face such issues, for such a big showroom I can imagine how many more customers will have to go through this discomfort of shopping with them. I am not speaking for myself but for everyone who sets foot in the shopping mall believing their hard earned money is gonna be well spent on a quality product, only to realise later they were taken for granted and their money has been ripped off. I'm hoping that this complaint here will not go unanswered and also this would be a wake up call for all those who plan to shop at The Legend New Saravana Stores. BEWARE.
