Tamilnadu open university — delay about convocation

Hi,

Now I am working with software company in bangalore and i specially came regarding convocatin certificate and i have applied convocation in this month. I was contacted the Examination branch and I was asked about my certificate .They replied careless answer of V.C as there is no body for Vice Chancellor post from last one month, , so you will get after four months later.This is not at all acceptable answer/situation and they are not able to give exactly information when could i get it from KU. Since that i am loosing my great onsite oppertunity(Which one is the goal of my professionall life) i struggled well to get this opportunity, but really its only because of KU VC absence is effecting my future life very effectively..
