Tamilnadu Packers And Movers Relocation — Not provided individual vehicle for house luggage shifting as promised

I checked with tamilnadupackers via just dial (social site) to shift my house hold things from chennai kelambakkam to hyderabad on mon 7/18/2016 11:41. i received call from mr. raja (ph no [protected], [protected],[protected] says he is going to provide tata ace (individual vehicle) for me to shift my luggage on dated : july 22, 2016. he charged 14000/- for shifting my luggage form chennai to hyderabad and they will take care of loading, un-loading and package of my things.

On travel day july 22, 2016 morning i informed to mr. raja many times for confirming my vehicle (tata ace) and i told him we will start form kelambakkam at 5.00pm and he accepted it. got call from mr. raja at 1.30pm and says i didn’t got tata ace vehicle, i am providing eicher big vehicle (it’s for individual vehicle and not for share). so, i started calling him from 3.30pm onwards and he keep on saying like we are on the way and will come within 20 min... finally they reached 8.00pm on 22nd july 2016. started loading luggage and finished at 10.30pm. they didn’t packed things properly, tv dish not removed properly (i purchased new in hyderabad again on monday). before starting vehicle they collected full amount (14000/-) form me and says we won’t do un-loading in hyderabad, for this you can reduce 500/- bugs. i accepted and vehicle started from kelambakkam at 10.30pm finally. now torcher started for me… they stopped vehicle in tmt godown at 12.20 am 23rd july and driver says we will start on morning 9.00 am after collecting money from my owner. complete night i was stayed in unknown place, surrounding place is full of dust, fly’s and mosquitoes. even tmt guys didn’t provide any room to sleep. complete night i stayed outside with no sleep. i called raja and message him on this. he didn’t get back to me on this. again i keep on calling him on 23rd july 2016 6.00 am onwards, he started saying vehicle will start at 20 min…. 11.00 am they started unload my things in godown and placed there stuffs and at end of vehicle they placed my things (few of things got damaged due to this). same i informed to mr. raja (tamilnadupackers), he says i will check and call you. every time he says i will check and call you back. he never come back on this. at last vehicle starts 2.00pm from red-hills godown.

I was fully tied and get down in ongole at 10.00pm on 23rd july 2016 started to hyderabad by bus. i reached hyderabad on 24th july 6.00 am and my luggage reached 5.00pm on same day. even raja from tamilnadupackers is not bothering about this all things what i faced till now. he always saying i am here to help you..
