Tandem — Warranty Mixer - not sorted

Good Afternoon

I have bought Tandem Mixer Grinder From Vishal Mega Mart dated as on 15th Sept 2021 (under Warranty), which I was unable to run due to any technical issues. I lodged a complaint ( Request Id - SDP[protected] for which resolution was not provided since 10th oct 2021.

1. Is this the service you are providing ?
2. Blaming client that he is responsible for his problem - why this statement has been used.
3. Service provider and Complaint register guy are highly pathetic and not trained - I have recorded their statement the way they interact with customer.
4. If you can not provide resolution in your SLA days or Business Days - Please do not commit.

I have felt ashamed of this product - I was unable to use and all the problem was on my head.

I really hope you can understand my pain and will provide resolution.
