But, for us to respond to this complaint clearly, we need a proper copy of the Invoice as we are not able to see the Invoice very clearly in this mail. We would be more than happy to resolve this complaint at the earliest. We would be happy if you could do the needful and send us a clear picture of the part and the invoice. Alternatively, you can also provide us the customer details and we will definitely get in touch with him and resolve the issue.
