Me and my friend went to law garden dominos in ahmedabad day before tomorrow, 1st of Dec. We order pasta and garlic bread and got the pasta with sour taste. We felt like it was the taste of cheeze and We were really not able to eat it. Then, I went to the person I ordered it from, and when i complaint he became ready to serve me with an another pasta. I was satisfied. But when the 2nd service of pasta delivered, we were shocked. We got the pasta in half of quantity with some topings less in it. We ignored and started eating. Now what we found at the bottom is shown in the picture. The pasta was full of olive oil (as per said by one of dominos employee, it was olive oil). The head (I think it was head) came and added that he ordered the workers to put less cheeze in it as we complaint for cheeze taste. The pasta served was tasting like pasta dipped in oil and not in cheeze. There was hardly any cheeze.
I want to know that is it really the way to serve to your customers? I agree that first service could be mistaken, but how come he take the revenge for it and give an another pasta in such a bad condition compared to the first one?
I was very disappointed and we left both the ordered pastas on the table itself.
It is a kind request to please look after it as the head was continously arguing with me that " aapko problem thi to mene cheeze hi nhn daala is baar, aur mein kya kar skata hu bhala, when u'll come some other time, i'll get you a good pasta "
I really wanted to ask for my money back. But i was so shocked and sad, i just left the place.
