This is regarding airtel fixedline payments that i did from tapzo app on 8th oct and 15th oct. I made 4 payments from tapzo i. E., 3 payments of rs. 1000 done on 8th oct and remaining 1 payment of rs.500 done on 15th oct.
I have enclosed all the screenshots along with details:

Tapzo app is showing that payment is successful but airtel is saying that they have not received a payment. I got a mail confirmation from airtel nodal as well wherein they have clearly mentioned that they have not received a payment yet and tapzo customer care needs to contacted for that matter.
Since then i m madly following up with tapzo (Complaint no. 6211638) but its been almost a week they are saying that they have escalated the matter internally. They are not taking the case seriously and swallowed my rs. 3500 in total.
Meanwhile i got a mail from airtel for clearing the payment as last due date is already crossed because of tapzo. Airtel will stop my services after 31st oct if they will not receive the dues.
This is my humble request from you to penalise tapzo for atleast clarifying where the funds actually are. Atleast they should make the payment to airtel now.
