[Resolved]  Tata AIA Life Insurance — Vouchers not received after 1 yrs

I have purchased vouchers for Pataya trip from one of the employee of TATA AIA Life Insurance. They have tie-up with "Travel Port" company based in Mumbai. I have paid 21000/- before one year. After some time, "Travel Port" has cancelled their contract with TATA AIA and since then I have not received any status from the company. I have sent mail to local Manager in Ahmedabad but they are not serious to pay attention to such problems. Now, company has sacked many employees and person who has sold me his voucher also has been sacked. I do not know whether company is serious to solve this matter or not. I request you to guide me how can I proceed legally against the company. Thanks & regards, Rajesh
