Tata AIA Life — Policy Surrender and Policy bond issue

I submitted my policy on the date of 19th September and asked for a loan from my policy. my policy number is C[protected]. But after that i came to know that my policy is not eligible for loan. So on 17th October i applied for my policy bond back to surrender my policy. But till today i don't get my policy bond back. I am really harassed from the day 19th of September to till today. Please return my policy bond back immediately. I want to surrender my policy as soon as possible.
