[Resolved]  Tata Capital — 2 additional EMI's been charged

I am the proud customer of Tata Capital till September 2014 but unfortunately after that i have to say that i have made a big mistake of opting your services for both the loans - mainly for consumer product and home. Till date home loan is going very smoothly and there is no issue at all but the mess what you guys have done with my consumer product is ridiculous and unimaginable. I have been chasing you guys since September 2014, had several discussions with your Andheri Oshiwara outlet but no one is trying even to help the customer. Every body is raising their hands and diverting to the others. End result is i have to follow up with you people but output is zero. Is this the way of Customer handling? I have been charged 2 additional EMI's of Rs 5550/- each from TATA CAPITAL. Relevant documents of all the transactions have already been submitted to andheri branch. I have bought Sony Tv in last July 2013 from Croma outlet in Goregaon oberoi mall. and this complete mess is thoroughly briefed and explained to your executive who provides your so called "SERVICE" there. Okay will give you short brief of my case. I have paid Rs 33, 300/- initially as a down payment on 28th July 2013 ( given statement of banks - Rs 20000/- through ICICI bank credit card and Rs 13, 300 through HDFC debit card) . But in your SOA it has shown Rs 22, 200/-, god only knows how and from where this figure arrived. also the disbursement amount mentioned is Rs 99, 900/-, can any one explain me this if i have made down payment of Rs 33, 300/- then how can my disbursed amount becomes my total invoice amount? According to the invoice of my purchase i have to pay balance amount of Rs 66, 600/ - through EMI (option opted by me ) as my total invoice amount was Rs 99, 900 ( bill copy submitted ). And my monthly EMI given by your firm was Rs 5550/- per month. So the balance amount would be cleared after 12 EMI's being paid from my end. But instead i have been charged for 14 months, which you can easily figure out from my bank statement. And this is the difference ( Rs 11100/- ) for what i am fighting since last 2 months. Hope this explanation will be sufficient to get me the refund amount.
