[Resolved] Tata Capital — Closing Credit Card | |||
I have requested you guys many times to close my credit card by sending email Dec 2015. I have also commumnicated with your customer care executive they are saying the card is closed. If this is done then why I am getting Due payment SMS from Tata Card. I have closed that card within 15 days when I received. I have all the email communication reference for furhter action. This is last time I am writing here. I don't want effect on my CIBIL record by TATA Card. Was this information helpful? | |||
