The loan of Rs.48.00 Lacs was sanctioned on 21.03.2016. Out of sanctioned amount Rs.13.48 Lacs was disbursed on 27.04.2016. The loan construction based and monthly instalment of Rs.3, 37, 030/- is to be paid to the builder. We sorry to mentioned that Miss Kritika Mehra, who initially sanctioned the loan left the company, the second man Mr. Arun Pandey also left the company and now there is no one to talk. We have tried to contact so many time to third person on phone but it was not picked-up. I understand that there is nobody to look after the affairs of Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited in J.S. Tower, Civil Lines, Kanpur. You will appreciate that the installments for the month of May, 2016 for payment to the builder has already been due for payment.
