[Resolved] Tata Capital — home loan foreclosure letter

I made a request for Home loan forecloser letter for a balance transfer to Central Bank of India with complaint number 05985695 on 08/01/2018. it was said that it will resolve within 7 working days. they also put it in high priority. on 10/01/2018. msg came that it will resolve within 14 working days. I have a similar experience with earlier requests. I am calling them and then they ask verifications again and again to connect call we have to give information like consumer number, date of birth, etc. then why they ask after connecting even then they cannot solve. because of this frustration, I am transferring loan even now they are not cooperating.
