Refer to below mail communication and repeated phone calls to your call center, the interest rates for my loan account is still not been reduced i have been charged at 10.75% instead of tchfl showing the current rate as 8.65% - appreciate urgent action in this regards.

Also note that the rate reduction is for quite some time now and there is no impact the below loan accounts, how are you going to provide the difference in credit.

* all open case has been closed by tchfl without any information or resolution (Your cs team is just following to keep this markings high by closing all the open calls within the time frame as decided by you management but in actual the complaints / queries are not resolved and not even informed to customer for closoure)

* no phone calls as claimed by your cs department.
* even no calls after giving the mobile numbers via email.
* i really don't understand what kind of customer service is this?
