[Resolved]  Tata Capital Housing Finance — worst customer care, worst customer relationship

Tata Capital has the worst customer care i have ever experienced. It is worst than some outdated government organisation. I have take a home loan from tata capital. I would like to close the loan. I have written to the customer care 4 times. I just get an automated reply saying someone will get back within 10 days. But no one gets back. Then I called customer care 2 times and they seem to be helpless. They asked me to write to customer care. I raised the first request on 2st december 2014. Its 24th january now and still i have no response from them. I have already paid one extra EMI. My next emi is getting due in some days. Can some responsible senior person look into my request and help me. My loan acvount number is 9053077.
