Took home loan from tata capital in jan 2018. Asked tata capital to apply for pmay scheme. But because of the worst service from them, this was delayed till july 2018. As per the pmay govt site info, applying for this scheme is free of cost. But these guys charged me 1160 in the form of processing fee. Since i am a tata employee, the processing fee is a little less. Otherwise it will be around some 15k. I agreed to that also and gave a cheque for 1160 and the amount was debited from my account in july 2018. Till date i have no update about the subsidy status and not even sure whether they have applied for it or not. No proper response for the complaints / mails that i raised / sent to them. If your service is like this for tata employee itself, then what will be the situation for other people. Please look into it and revert
