I had applied for personal loan on 5th Feb 2024 and still it's showing Post approval data entry level at status.
I had marked 5-6 mails to customer care but they aren't responding at all.
I had tried customer care call centre contacts they are also not able to respond properly.
I am existing customer of TATA, earlier they are providing prompt responce but now a days they are getting lethargic approach.
This very shameful for brand like TATA. I will surely not recommend to any of my friends to go for any product of TATA in future.
