Dear Sirs,
I wish to put on record a complaint for receiving calls very often from Tata Capital on my mobile [protected].
In order to boost your business, I feel it is most improper to harass an individual who has made it amply clear for stoppage of getting calls from Tata Capital as I am not requiring any service from the Company.
I had written to Tata Capital as far back as on[protected] as per the trailing email.
Despite my repeated requests and receiving assurances from Tata Capital for stoppage of the nuisance of regularly being bothered by the calls, I still keep receiving calls from Tata Capital, which has become most annoying and inconvenient.
A call was received from Tata Capital once again this morning, wherein I have been assured by the senior customer service executive, David, that my number will definitely be saved under DO NOT DISTURB category, thereby enabling me not to receive the unwarranted calls for services I am not interested in.
I am sure sufficient heed will be paid to this complaint email and that I would stop receiving the unsolicited calls henceforth, as I would not like to escalate the complaint with the Principal Nodal Officer or even right up to the regulatory authority with the Ombudsman of the RBI.
Requesting for immediate action to be taken in the matter.
