Tata Capital — Regarding loan

I have applied personal loan on 26/12/2023 next day I did my kyc and e manadate they said the loan will be disbursed by 27/12/2023 but amount has not been credited.On 28th I got a call they said me do kyc and mandate again.but still the status is showing post approval data entry.i have written mails and contacted customer care it tells that number not registered.i don’t know what to do more.on 29 I visited Tata capital office they said will received on disbursal stage told me to wait till 8.00pm
but today 30th still money is not received.
