TATA cards — no transaction communication and hampered customer experience

Hi,
I have been a customer with Tata SBI Cards for almost 3 years now. Never missed a payment and expected the credit card company to be professional enough to at least send me transaction communication. I my last year I had seen some financial issues in my life and I was forced by circumstances to decrease my credit limit from 1.1 lakhs to mere 10000. I even blocked my primary card as I didn't want to fall in more debt and continue using my secondary card with a limit of 10000 just in case of emergency.

I used to get communication for every transaction with the details of how much I spent and how much of a credit limit is left. Which they stopped completely. I have lost my registered mobile number with Tata cards which they never let me update because they want my primary card number which is non existant now. I used to login every month on tatacards.com every month with the same device for a very long time which was the only way left for me to communicate with the company.
But now I'm being asked for an OTP which is being sent to a non existing number, so I tried to lookup my monthly statement which has also been encrypted with my primary card number which also is non existing.
So now I don't know how much to pay. I call the credit card company and they won't speak to me unless I get my OTP again from a non existing number neither will they consider sending it on my email.
I try calling them for blocking the card in lost card department and for the 1st time they answer I told the lady thrice not to block my card and I just want to know my balance and guess what she does she BLOCKED my card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and just blind transfers me without even listening to me fully and again I'm connected to IVR where I can't enter OTP.
SO in all my frustration I try calling again and now I get connected to DEEPU he asked me for my registered phone number and the he put me on mute I thought he might be busy looking up my account I waited for almost 4 minutes and started to record the call to see what his excuse was to put me on hold like that but he never came back. So I decided to call again to the same lost card department because there nobody else I could talk with and the wise lady even blocked my card.
I now got connected with SHUBHAM who also spoke a few words but this time I was recording from the beginning which I did and he spoke to me asked me my registered said a few more words and left me on mute again I waited for a long time the I heard his breath and went blank again and afterwards he put me on a hold for like a second and came back and put me on hold again maybe because of his work parameters he had to refresh hold, but these guys are just playing with people there is no one to take responsibility even when I emailed them an email came bavk stating its undeliverable..

I have been busy in this for days now and I am seeking legal help on this please help me understand how I can get some action taken against these goons and get me some compensation for all the hassle too for their inability to communicate about even my daily transactions to inability to even update a small thing such as registered number or putting a customer through all kinds of trouble in search of his monthly due payment and still not getting a simple answer in just digits because there is something known as enhanced verification for customers who don't have a access to OTP bearing numbers.
