There was a sale going on in Tata CliQ, and as a new customer, I ordered a few items at highly discounted rate. All the items, apparently after shipping, have been cancelled by the company, and the refund is not given due to being out of stock. How can an order, that is dispatched to a particular customer, be out of stock? And the involuntary cancellation of the order without customer's consent seems highly ethical, that too after being paid. When I tried to reorder, the same prices aren't being shown, and I have not received the refund yet.
