I am TATA Platinum credit card holder, Before taking the card the customer care executive committed that there is voucher of Jabong online shopping of 3000 rupees for first year on platinum card. It"s very difficult cum impossible to contact the customer care.
2) My transaction is failed with amount deducted from my credit balance. I have Google it to just know how to get the transaction ID OF THAT TRANSACTION, to get it back from the side where I have made the transaction . Each and every time call is getting diverted to lost and complaints department. Then they diverted call to some, other side but, still not able to get the transaction ID. Since, that amount is big for me, I need that Id, quickly. Please, help if you can.
