Tata Goldplus — management of goldplus showroom in nellore, Andhrapradesh troubling me

Iam one of the tatagoldplus customer bearing GFS account no:[protected] who joined in the scheme on 04.02.2013 and its maturity date was 05.02.2014.In this regard i have opted for my nearest showroom address while my registration through online in goldplus.in website.It was 500/-monthly installment (for 11=12 months) amount which i have tried at first time.
As its a brand of named TATA i myself wrongly judged that their response for the customers through online or in person will be good and i can redeem my scheme amount any where from one of their showrooms which i opted at the time of registration.But the people of the showroom management were replying to the customer very rudely and insisting customer's to not to join through online and up to till date the people were not responding for my amount which i credited through online, by simply saying that "our corporate office is not giving us instructions for redeeming your account amount, so u have to wait for some more time some more time and some more time".
I already mailed to customer care previously and till this time i didn't got any reply for my mail.
i didn't expected this from prestigious TATA group of companies.
expecting quick reply for my mail and remidy for my issue.
