[Resolved] Tata Housing Development — tata amantra - breach of rental contract | |||
I stayed in tata amantra on rent. The arrangements including registration were made by tata housing employees at tata amantra. Now when i am leaving the rented apartment, my owner is refusing to pay back deposit amount in full because he says i have to pay his brokerage and registration that he paid to/through tata housing employees. The owner is in breach of the rent contract and i cannot afford high legal fees. What would you advise i do in this situation? Was this information helpful? | |||
