[Resolved] Tata International Limited — passport cover not received yet | |||||
I and my wife had purchased the passport cover on 5th october 2017 at the passport office kendra. The psk officials said you will receive the cover within 8 days. It's been nearly a month now that we have not received the product yet and any information or status regarding it. But we got the passport delivered on 31st october 2017. There is no customer support number to contact other than the email id passport. [protected]@tatainternational.com to correspond. I have sent an email on 23rd october 2017, but there is no revert yet on that. I can see their website but there is no contact number. I feel there are some bunch of jokers & # who are heading the product distribution. I will hold psk to be responsible & culprits, as they are marketing this product. Can someone from psk or tata international respond to the concern raised in this forum? Our receipt numbers are pp[protected] & pp[protected]. Nov 7, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata International delivered the product (passport covers # 2) on 6th November, 2017. Nearly after a month from date of purchase (from Passport Seva Kendra) which was on 5th October 2017. | |||||

Surprised that such a reputed company tcs and til are not bothered even to respond to my e mails reminding the non receipt.
