Tata Memorial Hospital — Behavioural issues of the Security Guard

My father has admitted TATA medical kolkata.while i came to see him with my mom and the security guard Mr. Debabrata Sarkar (under G4S) told me 2 people are not allowed in privet cabin, I am just requesting him that I know the rules, My mom don't know where is the cabin, i am just entering my mom to cabin and i came back. But, his behaviour is so irritating and Language also not good. I m requesting that please look into this matter and also we only know the pain of someone suffering with cancer. I m escalate this issues hope action will taken.
