Tata Memorial Hospital — Complaint regarding appointment cancelled

2 days ago I Text a msg on whatsapp for online consultation.He send a msg and asked me regarding mode of payment/reports/email.i submit every think throught mobile no [protected].He also confirm my appointment on 19/11/21 b/w[protected]hrs.Today at 1200 hrs I called him asked about appointment he told that your appointment is confirmed and doctor will call u when he will get free from OPD.Again approx at 1400 hrs I called him then he told Your payment was not confirm so today u can't consult doctor.he is telling you didn't said for payment .I have snapshot of that msg in which I told for smart card payment.my patient is serious what to do now.it is not possible to come hospital within one day.
