As i dignosed Right breast CA grade III in age of 32 in Septeber 2019, while completing treatement there appeared cyst in right ovary, its size increased in every next USG report which we done in Ruby hall and Jehangir at Pune, But for reliable report we done next Abdo USG report in Tata on 14-02-22, But when i checked report online today, it seeen that the report is very short and doesnt include sizes of ovary/kidney/cysts. its so miserable to get such format of report from Tata. We hereby requesting to investigate AND provide brief reports as previous reports were earlier in the already paid fees o[censored]SG
