My patient case no -ct/00611 . We had a appointment for pet scan and ecg and consultaion in month of april, but due to covid 19 we were not able to visit tmh for furthur investigation, as we have been informed by hospital not to visit their .So please provide me the refund of the particular amount to my bank account or to tmh card .
