Tata Memorial Hospital — still not received biopsy report

Sir as i had brought my mother for treatment in tata mamorial hospital parel
We had gone for small biopsy on 10 th september we are given assurance that we will received the report in 5 working day i visited for report on 16 it was told that in the evening the report will uploaded and you can book an appointment on 17 th
But on 17 after taking an appointment of doctor still biopsy report was not uploaded i visited again reply given that report is completed but there is no singing doctor and doctor is out india for a week
So it's my humble request to you please do needful to me
