Tata Memorial Hospital — Too much of delay in MRI scan

Dear all,
Your team has given me the appointment for MRI scan of my father (CT/11895) for today 19.05.2022 at 2 pm. My mother has accompanied father and reached TMH Parel at 1 pm. Your team gave them token number and asked to wait outside, but till now at 11:45 pm our number didn't came. Also there is no surety when they will call us. If specific time is given then within time frame of 2-4 hours treatment should be completed, but this is not the case as
the delay is happening for each & every appointments.. Please note that my Mom and Dad are there since afternoon and even after 10 hours of waiting their number didn't came. They are facing mental and physical harrassment. Hence request you to maintain the timeline & avoid such a long waiting hours. They have also not eaten anything. Please please please stop this and ensure proper system of MRI & CT scan. Hope you will take immediate action sothat like me others will not suffer
