The Tata Motors chairman CP Mistry and his department advocates are doing prostitution with a lady Beula residing at No.18 Door No.25 Pals Court Sterling Road Nungambakkam Chennai and for her sake had stolen my Nano Car TN 18 Y 4294.
Since the lady Beula showed her naked body to CP Mistry, now the chairman of Tata Motors Finance CP Mistry is sending threatening letters through his advocates /arbitrator named Kainaz Irani from Mumbai.
The car no TN 18 Y 4294 is chennai registered car. CP Mistry is sending arbitration petition filed in Mumbai which is out of jurisdiction.
My car TN 18 Y 4294 is already stolen by Tata Motors Finance Anna Nagar chennai and they have given it to their ### lady Beula. After stealing my car, now CP Mistry is sending arbitration petition filed in Mumbai for chennai registered car.
I have paid nearly one lakh for the car.CP Mistry Tata Motors chairman had hided the fact that I paid one lakh. Now after stealing my vehicle, CP Mistry is not giving my paid money back to me. I have all the proof of receipts.
The arbitration was conducted without my presence as it was conducted in Mumbai and it is not the correct jurisdiction for chennai registered car and hence I cannot travel to Mumbai.
Immediately arrest CP Mistry and his department advocates and get back my money of one lakh which I paid before they stole my car.
