Tata Nano — Problem in auto gear system

I have bought TATA NANO TWIST XT car 2015 model(Vehicle no AS 19H5144). Since beginning I am facing problem in auto gear system and till now I have spent one lakh rupees on this problem.
Recently it again start showing problem to not get into any gear from neutral. As I am leaving in Asaam and the nearest suggested center by your customer care is Nalbari which is 200 KM away from my location. So I have shown to local mechanic and he is also not able to rectify the same.
Now as a TATA, pride of India, I want help from you to get rectify my problem permanently.
