[Resolved]  Tata Photon - Tata Teleservices — Bills received for active connection terminated by service provider

Respected Sir,

I was using the following tata photon wifi internet with account number[protected] for more than a year( From Oct 2014 to Nov 2015. In all these years o[censored]sage, i have paid my outstanding due for the usage without any default. While i paid the Nov 2015 payment, my service was disconnected even after no dues pending. I have contacted customer service to restore the connection, but the same was disconnected permanently and subsequently i was again send a bill for Dec to restore the connection. As the connection was already in disconnected or terminated status i did not wow anything to the service provider and have not paid the demanded amount, i have called and discussed with the customer care many times and they have agreed about the same told to check the same from their side. With this i have been getting legal notices from the service provider for the terminated connection.

We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records your number has been permanently disconnected on 19-DEC-2015 due to service request was raised on your number with the docket number[protected] and current outstanding bill amount is of Rs. 1401/- and request you to clear the same to avoid legal proceedings.
