We are ok if any charge is levied on replacement of material but why visitation charges, what about your service then :
1.Why my money or account balance is getting deducted when I am unable to use your service.
2.When you are deducting my money without usage, why can't you send your technician to check what is wrong without a visitation fee?
3.Why this one way and unfair policy ?
4.My set top box is ok, i changed my set top box card three months earlier only.
5. You people are unable to tell me the issue then how my money is getting deducted day by day.
6. You care for your unfair policy but not for our hard earned money.
7.It simply says you don't value your customers
