Address:New Delhi, Delhi

Dear All, After registering our various complaints to NDPL, we didn't get any satisfactory response from them. Please help us to get this issue resolved we all the residence wants to proceed this issue, please see the below trail mail. Thanks Rakesh Kumar [protected] Forwarded message[protected] From: Rakesh Mishra Date: Wed, Jul 9, 2014 at 1:00 PM Subject: Re: FW: Low voltage problem in Sant Nagar Area - Delhi 84 To: [protected]@tatapower-ddl.com, Customer Care <[protected]@tatapower-ddl.com> Cc: Rajesh Kanswal <[protected]@gmail.com>, Atul Rana <[protected]@gmail.com> Dear All, After sending numbers of mail, today I received a call from NDPL[protected] Ms. Kanika, Customer Service Executive) and she confirmed that someone will resolve this issue asap. After an hour I received another call from NDPL[protected] Mr. Sumit, Customer Service Executive from Burari Division) and he confirmed that due to overload on their transformers we are facing this problem. But somehow I am fail to understand how an organisation cannot resolve this issue since last three-four months. And if concern authorities are already aware about the overload on existing transformers then why they are allowing new connections on the same panel. I requested Mr. Sumit (Executive from NDPL) to allow me to talk to his senior or the zonal head but he refused to provide me his contact detail and asked me to visit their office in working hours somewhere in Burari. Which means to get information about this problem I have to take off from my office and visit their office to get this feedback that they are overloaded with the connections and soon they will rectify this. I request all my residence friends and families this is not the time to let them do whatever they wants. Let's process this to the consumer court as we are getting high value monthly bills and due to this voltage fluctuation facing other problems of non-functional equipment's. Dear Concerned authorities, once again we request you all to resolve this asap otherwise give us some alternate solution and if possible try to communicate by mail because somehow I don't feel comfortable to talk to your executives, as they are rude on calls and sometimes they are not aware with the issues. We are still facing this problem and nobody from your department has approached us to see the issues. Most of our home appliances has been stopped functioning due to this voltage fluctuation. If possible then advise your concerned authorities to check the issue or stop sending monthly invoice for payment. Gali no 3 & gali no 4, Sant Nagar, opposite Burari police station, Delhi 110084. This is to bring in your kind notice that from last two months we are facing problem of extremely low voltage & voltage fluctuation (sometime it lowers down to 140 volts). Due to this lot of electrical equipment got damaged. This problem becomes more severe at night. we are not able to sleep properly as our fans & coolers are not working. We tried to contact local authorities but every thing goes in vain. I don't understand that if I am paying my bills in time than I have every right to get full power. Low voltage is as good as no voltage. We hope that you can understand our problems as now it is affecting our physical & mental health. Please address this problem to your higher authorities so that quick Action can be initiated to resolve this. Thanks in advance for your help. Yours truly Residents of A1 block ext Sang Nagar
