Tata Power Solar — Grievance related to mis selling of Tata Solar Panel at my residence

Dear Sir,

I am Mr. Amal Chatterjee residing at Basai, Kanaipur Naity Road, West Bengal - 712234
On 01.04.2022 I got a quotation from Tata's channel partner Dilip Motors having PO number S/G001/22 - 23 for Solar 5 kW 3 phase on grid complete system.
After which I was asked to share my present electricity bill.
So, I presented and sent my current electricity bill of the month of March 2022 through whatsapp to the designated person.
In my electricity it was clearly mentioned that my load is 7.17 kW.
After this I took loan of ₹214000 for this project and paid the balance I paid through online payment mode and got the solar panel installed in my premises.
At the time of installation of my solar panel the court order was pending for solar installation and this matter was hidden from me and I was unaware of the same at that time, neither of the designated persons told about this matter.
At present I went to WBSEDCL office to apply for net metre.
The office told me that my load is 7.17 kW and I am not elegible to get net metre.
They are asked me to do net billing which I don't want to do.
The channel partner Dilip Motor gave me incomplete form without seal ( image added in this mail) because the WBSEDCL is not accepting my form S1.
Current I am trying to contact Dilip Motors and area office Mr. Soumyajit and Mr. Biswajit regarding the same but I am getting response from any of the above.
I feel cheated as a lot of vital information was hidden from me.

Therefore, I am appealing that I get net metre then it will be fine for me but if not then kindly remove and take away the solar panel and give me the refund with full compensation.
