Tata Power Solar — Roof Top Solar Project not functioning for more than 20 days

Roof top solar project not at all functioning. Complaint made through phone 13 days back but issue not yet rectified and the authorities are not picking the phone at all. Technician inspected the site and told the invertor is not working. Need to replace the invertor . But no further response yet .
