Tata Power Solar — Solar water pump not commissioned

Paid amount as DD on 21st Mar via Tamilnadu Agriculture Engineering department for setting up Solar Electric pump for my 1 acre land (small farmers scheme) such as huge delay I wasn't expected from Tata. There are number of farmers in my area paid and waiting for Tata to supply required materials to commission the work. the local supplier is saying the 2.5 hose required is not delivered to them. half of the materials delivered and kept in open space for more than a month and waiting for the hose to come for commission the pump set. number mails sent to customer care, and spoke to some authority from Tata solar office in Bengaluru, no response.
