[Resolved] Tata Power Solar Systems Limited — SOLAR ZING FF FAILURE | |||
Dear sir, We have purchased SOLAR water heater of 200 LPD FF module from Krishi Technologies BANGALORE from January 13th After installation( 10 days) it was started giving problems. 1. 200 Liters water will not be coming out put ( Max we are getting 50-60 liters hot water, same has been checked by Krishi technolgies also), Because above issue we are informed to your customer care as well as Krishi techonlogies, even several visits of both side our problem will remain same. In above conditions we came to know that your NEW TECHNOLGY OF ZINGH FF system is failure. I request you to change following 1.Change immediately to COPPER HEATING PANNELS . 2.After this also if problem remains same you can replace the tank.
